Are your candles sustainable and eco-friendly?

Yes! We prioritize sustainability and have created a refillable candle system through our glass Forever Vessel and aluminium Refills. Our packaging is also recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Can I recycle my Tesoro packaging? Can I recycle my Tesoro refill?

YES and YES.

We use eco-friendly recycled cardboard packaging across all our products. Your candle refill is 100% aluminium and can be recycled at home.

We are constantly working on alternative ways to package, produce and formulate our products to be as kind to the planet as possible.

Can I use Tesoro products if I have allergies?

Please remember everybody’s skin is different and results may vary from person to person. All our allergen and product ingredients are listed on the individual product pages. Please contact us for confirmation on any specific queries before your order. In the case of unwanted contact with your Tesoro product, we recommend:
INGESTION: Drink plenty of water. Get medical help in case of discomfort.
EYE CONTACT: Rinse eyes with water.

How long will my Tesoro candle last?

Our Forever Vessels are designed to be treasured forever.

Our aluminium refills are packaged at a total weight of around 240gm - this should last a burn of 50-60 hours. We recommend a first time burn of a minimum of 2-3 hours to ensure even burning. We do not recommend burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time for optimum performance.

How should I care for my candles?

Only use a Tesoro Refill in a Tesoro Forever Vessel to prevent serious risk of injury or fire.

To ensure the best burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even burn and keep the candle away from drafts. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a candle unattended.

Is Tesoro vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, we use vegan and cruelty free ingredients in our products.

We continuously look for opportunities to improve our supply chain where possible to ensure we are as ethical and sustainable as possible.

Where are you based?

We are proud to be a UK based company. All of our candles are hand poured in the UK.

Delivery & Returns
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, we're working on expanding our shipping options soon.

How long will my product take to deliver? How much does delivery cost?

We get started on your order as soon as it is received and aim for a delivery timescale of 2-5 working days (excluding bank holidays).

Postage & Packaging is £4.50 and Free for orders over £75.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

We will only accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please provide receipt of purchase. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund, or will be subject to a restocking fee, at 50% of the original price. Sale (excluding launch day) and seconds items are not eligible for refunds.

Yes, a gift message can be added to the 'Note' section of your cart.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed but please contact us if you need to request a cancellation and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I change my order?

Order changes are not possible once placed your order but contact us if you need to request a change and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I change the address on my order?

We are not able to guarantee address changes once your order has been placed but please contact us if you need to request a change and we will try our best to help.

How do I track my order?

Follow the link on your confirmation of dispatch email. This will allow you to track your order. If there are any issues, please contact us.
